The outfit - Vinyasa Yoga
I love yoga. My exercise routine mainly focuses on yoga and I love trying out the new styles of yoga, but I always go back to my favourite - Vinyasa yoga.
What is Vinyasa yoga? To sum up this style of yoga would be - Breath synchronised movement, flowing from pose to pose. The class starts slow, building up to a strong flow sequence that builds heat within the body, then cooling down for the final pose - Savasana (Corpse pose).
Vinyasa yoga - is an umbrella term for the follow styles of yoga: flow yoga, flow-style yoga, dynamic yoga or vinyasa flow.
I like wearing fitted clothing when practicing yoga, the soft, breathable fabric feels great against my skin, without getting in the way when I'm in Downward Facing Dog.
I wear a long sleeved top at the start and the end of the class, to keep the chill off before starting a Sun Salutation sequence and on the cool down - especially during the winter months.
